Dining Procedures

One of our main goals is to provide a pleasant, clean, comfortable and satisfying dining experience. In order to meet this goal, we ask for your assistance with the following procedures:

  • Please bus your dishes and disposables from your table when you have finished dining
  • Please refrain from taking food, dishes or utensils from the dining area.

2013 Resident Plans

All resident students must choose one of the following plans. Students have a week after the start of classes to change their dining choice option. All meal plans are selected, and purchased through the office of Residence Life.

Option 19

This plan offers the best value for students

accustomed to eating three meals a day and for

students that wish to take advantage of enjoying

many meals with their friends at Sparky's Place. 

This plan includes three meals daily, Monday - Friday,

and brunch and dinner on the weekends. Participants

in this plan can also use their meal plan swipe at the new

express venue inthe Sakowich Center for lunch.

 

Option "13 Plus"

Our most popular meal plan, this plan allows you to eat any 13 of the 19 meals offered weekly, $100 in Bonus Points, and a block of eight (8) meals. Bonus Points gives you the freedom to bring guests into Sparky’s Place or enjoy late-night munchies in the Warrior's Den without
carrying around cash. Block Meals can be used any time during the semester in Sparky’s Place for students, parents, friends, or guests. Participants in this plan can also use their meal plan swipe at the new express venue in the Sakowich Center for lunch.

 

Option "9 Plus"

This plan allows you any 9 meals offered weekly in Sparky’s Place, $150 in Bonus Points, and a block of six (6) meals.  A good plan if you are not around campus on weekends or your schedule conflicts with normal dining hours. Participants in this plan can also use their meal plan swipe at the new express venue in the Sakowich Center for lunch.

 

Option "5 Plus"

This plan is available to all commuters and is the mandatory meal plan for students living in the apartments. This plan allows you to eat any five of the weekly meals offered in Sparky’s Place, and $100 in Bonus Points.

Participants in this plan can also use their meal plan swipe at the new express venue in the Sakowich Center for lunch.
